As a Trustee, you will be making monthly decisions on grant applications and ensuring assets are managed & positioned for long-term sustainability and growth.

We are looking for two new trustees, one with a legal background and the other ideally with knowledge of local businesses and / or the local community.

We are seeking a volunteer Chief Operating Officer to lead core operations, drive strategic execution, and support the organisation’s growth and impact.

Support the Read Easy Cambridge Team Leader and share the load with them, taking the lead on agreed tasks.

Meet and enrol adults who want to learn to read and pair up Readers and Coaches. Provide ongoing support, including visiting sessions and problem solving.

Take responsibility for ensuring our group raises the funds it needs through grants and donations.

Make and maintain contact with all key agencies in the area that may refer adults and be the initial point of contact for all new Reader enquiries.

Maintain contact with current venues that enable us to run reading sessions, plus develop links with new venues and review them annually.

Advise and support our local volunteers on all IT related topics and support the group's Coaches using IT to deliver remote coaching.
