Volunteer Management On-Demand Training

The free on-demand training portal is available through the Support Cambridgeshire website. It is here to help those setting up a community group and those wishing to run it effectively and safely.

There is a number of easy to follow information session which can be done as and when the viewer wants. As part of the offer there are a number of volunteer themed training sessions.


These include


  • Legal issues around managing volunteers 
  • Attracting younger volunteers
  • What do trustees have to do?
  • Attracting volunteers


We suggest watching as many of these short sessions as needed to help answer your questions, but please do not hesitate to contact the Support Cambridgeshire partners CCVS and Hunts Forum if that is easier for you.

To access the portal, your need to go to the Support Cambridgeshire website <On-demand training - Support Cambridgeshire> please fill in the below form on the page and press send. Here, you will be sent an email with the link to watch the training sessions at your leisure. Please watch your junk folder, as this email could be seen as spam.
