This post would suit someone looking for part-time admin experience and involves the following responsibilities:
- Main tasks are answer phone and take messages. Follow up with any calls.
- Take messages off answering machine and leave for appropriate person
- Occasionally Greet and respond to needs of individuals coming to the office
- Leave notes about day's events in diary
We are looking for someone who is willing to use their own initiative although they will be well supported in taking on the role.

The COPE forum represents the older people of Cambridgeshire, ensuring their voices are heard.
We are a registered charity run by volunteers, we organise social events, a newsletter and represent, signpost and campaign on issues affecting seniors in Cambridgeshire.
Membership of COPE is free, and open to anyone aged 50 or over in Cambridgeshire, inclusive of all ethnicities, faiths and political views.
Anyone living in Cambridgeshire is welcome to join COPE and add to our voice.
Registered individual membership today is just under 3,000. Our strength is in our numbers!
