Summary
We need someone to research 24 health-related facts that ideally link to physical activity, mental health, or menopause.Detailed description
Living Sport is looking for a passionate volunteer to help us champion health and well-being! We need someone to research 24 health-related facts that ideally link to physical activity, mental health, or menopause. All facts and anecdotes must be gathered from reliable sources such as journals or certified articles.
For example:
“Nordic walking results in weight loss during menopause and decreases in blood glucose and lipoproteins, all of which are substantially better than either Pilates or dietary intervention alone at 10 weeks.”
Your research will help us inspire others and raise awareness about the benefits of staying active for a healthier life.
About Living Sport
Living Sport is a charity, set up in 2006, to improve the health, happiness and wellbeing of the people of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough by supporting them to be active.
Our purpose is to connect, deliver with impact, and influence, to be an enabler for the geography of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
As one of 43 Active Partnerships in England, a network of independent organisations supported by Sport England with funding from the National Lottery, we share the vision of a nation of more equal, inclusive, and connected communities, where people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilled lives, maximising the role of movement, sport, and physical activity in achieving that.
