Summary
Lunch Club Support, primarily kitchen help - preparing and cooking a meal for 10 - 20 older people who meet up for a meal each week.Detailed description
Our aim is to enable older people to live later life well.
Many of our Members live alone and may feel socially isolated. Our weekly lunch club offers company, the opportunity to see old friends and make new ones.
All volunteers will be given a DBS and training as required.
For this role we would ideally like you to be happy preparing or assisting to prepare a meal and helping to serve and tidy afterwards. You would be supported by our team. You would also be invited to enjoy the meal with members.
The role would suit someone who is retired or actively looking to build skills, experience and confidence to gain paid employment.
