About Cambridge Street Pastors and NightLite Safe Space Night Cafe

Cambridge Street Pastors and NightLite offer practical and emotional support to people out in Cambridge on Saturday nights. Street Pastors are volunteers from churches of any denomination and NightLite has volunteers from many different walks of life. Our main focus is to be non-judgmental and happy to help anyone of any faith, gender, sexuality and age. Street Pastors patrol the streets from 10pm until 3am and are easy to recognise in their blue uniforms and rucksacks. NightLite is based in Downing Place URC Church, just opposite John Lewis. We help and respond to calls from venue staff, police, paramedics and cctv.
